Together with ADICO Milieutechniek, the Dutch company joins KSG, strengthening the Group's position in maritime and industrial cleaning across Europe and adding scale to its Industrial line of business.

KSG Gruppe has joined forces with DUTCH WASTE Collectors & Cleaning and ADICO Milieutechniek, two Dutch companies specialised in industrial, maritime and environmental cleaning services. The transaction represents a further step in the Group's strategy to build a leading European platform for essential infrastructure and environmental services.

The combination brings together complementary expertise in industrial, maritime and environmental cleaning. It creates an even stronger partner for customers facing complex cleaning and maintenance challenges, from industrial sites to ports and maritime installations.

Why maritime and industrial cleaning, and why now

Industrial cleaning is one of the most demanding areas of KSG's portfolio. Operators of industrial sites face stricter environmental regulation, higher safety standards and growing pressure to keep downtime to a minimum. This drives demand for specialised partners with the right equipment, certified staff and proven operational capacity.

The maritime sector adds a further dimension. Ports, terminals and vessels require specialised cleaning and waste handling under strict environmental and safety rules, where reliability and fast response are critical.

The Netherlands, home to Europe's largest port and a dense industrial and logistics base, is a natural market to strengthen these capabilities within KSG.

Growing with the people who built the business

For KSG, acquisitions are about people as much as market share. The existing management team of DUTCH WASTE Collectors & Cleaning and ADICO Milieutechniek, led by Jeroen Schweig and Ed de Jong, will remain responsible for the business going forward.

“DUTCH WASTE and ADICO are exactly the kind of companies we want to have in KSG: specialised, well run and trusted by demanding industrial and maritime customers,” said Stefan Odenthal, CEO of KSG Gruppe. “Together, we can offer our customers an even broader range of services, with the strength of a European group behind the team in the Netherlands.”

Jeroen Schweig, Director of DUTCH WASTE, added: “Joining KSG opens a new chapter for our company. We keep what makes us different — our people, our expertise and our relationship with customers — and we gain access to the experience, technology and resources of a group that operates across Europe. It is a great opportunity for our employees and for the customers we serve.”

A platform for further growth

The integration of DUTCH WASTE Collectors & Cleaning and ADICO Milieutechniek is part of a broader pipeline of opportunities that KSG is pursuing across its three lines of business.
