The Kanalservice Group starts the year with further expansion and is pleased to welcome Maxi Cleaning Group as the newest member of the growing family of companies. This strategic move marks another milestone – entering the Belgian market – for KSG, which already successfully entered the UK market in September 2023.

The Maxi Cleaning Group, founded in 1983, currently has four locations, three of which are in Flanders and one in Wallonia. With a total of 88 employees and an annual turnover of more than 20 million euros, the company specializes in cleaning production facilities, office buildings, petrol stations and private properties.
What particularly distinguishes the Maxi Cleaning Group is its successful presence in the public sector. Through services such as sewer cleaning and camera inspections, it has also established itself as a trusted partner for government customers.
The acquisition of Maxi Cleaning Group not only helps to strengthen its regional presence, but also brings KSG closer to its strategic goal – The market leadership in Europe.
The geographical coverage with locations in Flanders and Wallonia opens up new opportunities and enables targeted expansion in the Benelux countries.
The group will continue its successful development under the proven leadership of Luc Dekoster as Business Unit Head.
