It is our pleasure to introduce the latest addition to our group: Defluo Plumbing & Drainage Ltd, located south of London. This important acquisition not only broadens our regional footprint, but also brings us a big step closer to our long-term goal of becoming the European market leader in our segment.
Who is Defluo?
Defluo Plumbing & Drainage Ltd was founded in 2008 by Joe Kelly and has since grown into a recognized name in the industry with 94 employees. Along with COO Scott Fixter, the company has established a broad portfolio of services in the areas of piping, maintenance, repair and replacement. Additionally, they are active in the gas/water and facility management sectors and enjoy an excellent reputation, particularly in London.
Future plans
Mr. Joe Kelly and Mr. Scott Fixter to continue to manage the business of Defluo Plumbing & Drainage Ltd. As part of joining Kanalservice Holding AG, they have moved to larger facilities to allow for further staff growth.

As anchored in our corporate philosophy, the exchange between the employees of Defluo and the already existing subsidiaries of Kanalservice Holding AG will be intensified in the coming weeks and months.
