On 24 and 25 November 2024, the Kanalservice Group’s management team met in Frankfurt am Main for our Christmas Summit. Two days full of inspiration, team spirit and pioneering ideas!
An unforgettable start
Sunday began with a special highlight: a visit to the impressive variety show at the Tigerpalast. The fascinating performance thrilled all participants and created the perfect atmosphere to start the summit with energy and team spirit.
Monday: Review, growth and organisation
Our meeting focussed on the following topics:
- Review of the year: Reflecting on the milestones and progress of the past year that moved us forward together.
- Joint growth: Strategies on how we can grow together with our customers within the Group. Valuable insights were provided by the perspectives of Kanalservice Group Germany and Ufenau Capital Partners.
- Strengthening collaboration: Discussions on how we as Kanalservice Group can act even more effectively as a team and maximise the benefits of the Group.
- Addressing the shortage of skilled labour: Presentation of the „Kanalaute“, an initiative to show appreciation for all those who perform indispensable work under often invisible and difficult conditions. An inspiring idea from the THVM Group that is groundbreaking for the entire Kanalservice Group.
Creativity meets strategy
LEGO® Serious Play® was on the programme for the afternoon. This creative method enabled us to look at topics such as collaboration and employee management from new angles. This resulted in exciting models and food for thought that will inspire us in the long term.
Festive conclusion
At the end of the year, special achievements were honoured – a moment of pride and appreciation for our entire team. The Kanalservice Group management team would like to thank all employees for their outstanding work in 2024!
Together into the future
The Christmas summit was an impressive demonstration: Together we can grow, strengthen our team spirit and develop innovative approaches for the future. We are entering the Christmas period with plenty of new impetus, fresh ideas and a strong focus on collaboration and are optimistic about the year ahead.
